The single thing we change with remapping is the coding inside your car’s engine’s ECU (Brain) however when you begin driving, you will feel the difference in your car’s speed and power instantly.
We create custom software based on your engine’s specifications so that your car can safely cope with it. We make sure that the new custom ECU settings stay well within the tolerances of your car’s engine, transmission and capabilities. Also, rest assured that this is not a permanent process. We keep the original “factory” settings archived in case you ever wish to return your car to its original settings.

- Improved fuel economy
- Increased horsepower
- Increased torque
- Better throttle response
- Smoother power delivery
- Safer overtaking
- Improved towing ability
Stage 1, 2 Or 3 ?
Stage 1 consists of a custom reprogram of the engine management system (ECU) of the vehicle, whereby each modification of the engine parameters (ignition, injection, …) is custom. All values of the parameters at this stage remain within the engine and transmission tolerances set out by the manufacturer. Stage 1 is 100% reliable, in short, enhanced driving satisfaction without problems.
For those that want a touch more than stage 1, we have stage 2 which consists of optimising a number of components around the engine to improve the efficiency of the engine. Fundamentally this is concerning intake and exhaust. A lot of air-intake systems are very restrictive because of their anti-resonant construction which is designed to dampen the intake noise of the engine. By installing a sports air filter or custom air intake, enhanced airflow to the engine is allowed and we get a modest power gain. As we reach the engine and transmission tolerances of the manufacturer in stage 2, sometimes components must be strengthened e.g. clutch.
At stage 3 we again go a step further, we are going to replace the internal or necessary components of the engine or turbocharger, that can go from increasing the cylinder capacity, placing sports camshafts, to the installation of a larger turbocharger. Sometimes there are some inherent risks to reliability, although not always. Manufacturers frequently build 1 basic engine block and by applying a larger turbo and injectors they can build 2 versions. It goes without stating that in some cases you can increase your engine with original parts from the bigger version, without affecting the reliability.
